Take Part in the Monthly Raffle of the Food Challenge 2020 – Food Related Products as Prizes!

Share how your food challenge is progressing by posting on social media (text, photo and/or video). By using the hashtags #ruokahaaste2020, #hotellijaravintolamuseo and #sarkamuseo you will participate in the monthly raffle of the food challenge. There are different types of food related products as prizes!

How to participate in the raffles

– You participate in the raffles by sharing a public Facebook, Instagram or Twitter post on how your food challenge is going. You may use text, photo and/or video.

– Use the hashtags #ruokahaaste2020, #hotellijaravintolamuseo and #sarkamuseo

– If you do not have a Facebook, Instagram or Twitter account, you can participate by emailing your contact details to ruokahaaste2020@gmail.com.

– By participating in the raffles the participants agree that the Hotel and Restaurant Museum and the Finnish Museum of Agriculture Sarka may share their post and the attached photo/video on the Hotel and Restaurant Museum’s and the Finnish Museum of Agriculture Sarka’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts and in the Food Challenge 2020 Facebook Group. The name or screen name of the original post will be mentioned if a post is shared.

Food related products as prizes

Every month until the end of December 2020 monthly raffles with food related prizes will be held.
The prizes include products from Hamppufarmi, a Helsieni Growkit, products from Riihipuoti, Chocohili’s Elina Innanen’s cookbook, organic products from Ruohonjuuri and products from Hunajayhtymä.

The rules of the Food Challenge raffle

The organisers:

Hotel and Restaurant Museum, Tallberginkatu 1 G 60, 00180 Helsinki, and
Finnish Museum of Agriculture Sarka, Vanhankirkontie 383, 32200 Loimaa

Start and end date:

The raffle will take place once a month during the period from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2020.

Participating in the raffle:

All people who have made a public post on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter with the hashtags #ruokahaaste2020, #hotellijaravintolamuseo and #sarkamuseo in between the first and the last day of the month will participate in the raffle of the month in question.

By participating in the raffle the participant agrees to the Hotel and Restaurant Museum and the Finnish Museum of Agriculture Sarka sharing their post and the attached photo/video on the Hotel and Restaurant Museum’s and the Finnish Museum of Agriculture Sarka’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts and in the Facebook Group of the Food Challenge. The name or screen name of the original post will be mentioned if a post is shared.

By participating in the raffle the participant guarantees that they have created the material shared themselves or obtained permission from the original owner of the material and therefore is not in violation of copyright law.

The lotteries organised by the Hotel and Restaurant Museum and the Finnish Museum of Agriculture Sarka on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter are not sponsored, recommended or managed by Facebook, Instagram or Twitter and they are in no way related to the platform in question. Facebook, Instagram or Twitter have no responsibilities concerning the raffle.

Carrying out the lottery:

The lottery will be carried out by the organisers. Every month there will be a new lottery and altogether there will be twelve (12) lotteries. Each month’s lottery will be carried out within a week after the end of the month.

Prizes:

Prizes consist of different types of food related products, for example food products and gift cards.
The prizes cannot be exchanged for money.

Contacting the winner and delivering the prize:

The winner will be informed personally by contacting the Facebook, Instagram or Twitter account they used to participate in the lottery. The winners will also be announced in the Facebook, Instagram ad Twitter accounts and websites of the Hotel and Restaurant Museum and the Finnish Museum of Agriculture Sarka.

The prize will be posted to the winner as soon as the winner has provided the organisers his/her address. The prize will only be posted to an address located in Finland. The organisers are not responsible for any problems in delivery.

If the winner has not provided an address within one (1) month, a new winner will be drawn.

Personal information:

The organisers will not hand over the participants’ personal information to any third party or use this information for marketing purposes. The names of the winners may be published on the social media channels and websites of the organisers.
